Tupak Amaru Šakur (engl. Tupac Amaru Shakur, 16. jun 1971. — 13. septembar 1996), poznat i pod scenskim imenima 2Pac i Makaveli, bio je američki reper, pesnik i glumac. Iako je od njegovog ubistva prošla jedna decenija, Tupak je i dalje reper sa najviše prodatih albuma u istoriji ove vrste muzike - 44,5 miliona prodatih originalnih albuma u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama. Smatra se da je, računajući i piratska izdanja, prodato preko 200 miliona albuma na globalnom nivou.
Većina njegovih pesama se bavi odrastanjem u nasilju i siromaštvu geta, zatim rasizmom kao i obračunavanjem sa drugim reperima. Tupak je bio poznat i po političkim i ekonomskim porukama u svojim pesmama.
